Barb’s fairly new to beer, but that didn’t stop her from visiting a beer making class at Home Brews & Gardens in South Park to see what all the hoppy hop talk was about. There, students learned about All Grain Brewing, and extract brewing, and were walked through each step, from how to prepare their bottles and caps to where to store their fermenting batches. Whereas Barbarella didn’t learn anything — she just tasted all the beers that on tap and then had to skedaddle.
