Barbarella sits down with Chef Michael Antonorsi (who, with his brother Richard, founded Chuao Chocolatier), and learns all about exotic flavors that work, and those that don’t. She even gets to taste some (as if that wasn’t the reason she pushed for this interview in the first place). Fun fact: this interview took place right inside the Chuao Chocolate store in La Jolla University Towne Centre, and occasionally filming had to be paused because of customers who had the gall to want chocolate.
