After traveling, wedding events, birthday dinners, and family bar-b-cues, my body is VERY happy to be back on schedule today. It had been over a week since I’d been to the gym, and with the unhealthy eating sans exercise, I was feeling exceptionally lethargic. But my energy level is already on the rise, for which I am grateful. It was all fun, don’t get me wrong, but fun is only fun if it is in balance with everything else, mind body and soul. So, an update… you may (or may not) notice I’ve disabled comments. I hardly get any on here anyway, and the spam was getting really, really irritating, so I was like, Fuck it. There you go, for the world to see. This weekend was fun, I went to a party Saturday night, at Ron’s place. Yesterday was a nice mellow day, with an afternoon movie squeezed in — Kung fu Panda. I liked it even better than Wall-E. I’m on a movie kick lately. I’ve also seen Iron Man (liked it), the Happening (hated it), and I can’t remember the rest right now. But next on the list is Hellboy II and then Dark Knight. And now, a pigeon eating a hotdog in front of Costco:
